We are considered out-of-network providers for most insurance policies, so it's possible your insurance will only partially cover treatment or in some cases may not cover it at all. As a courtesy, we will always file your primary insurance claims for you. However, we do not handle any secondary claims.
Patients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance or will be responsible for our fees in full if insurance claims are denied.
